Eating food high in fiber is a way to protect against some cancers. As most of us know. Too much SUGAR causes cells to change into cancer cells. There are other causes such as GMO modification, pesticides and herbicides, chemicals in general, last but not least, is a poor immune system. Fiber is important to the body. The 3 fruits I like to eat are: blackberries, blueberries(high in antioxidants) raspberries and strawberries. These fruits are least in natural sugar and the body knows how to handle these “natural” sugars. Also eat lots of “root” vegetables, which are chalked full of nutrients and vitamins. Root vegetables are grown in the ground, organic soil, and chemical free. Herbs grown in chemical free soil are a favorite choice of mine.
