Two suggestions for this week: Don’t eat after 6:00 p.m., and eating Alkaline foods are the best for keeping your cells healthy. Here is a tip for setting up an alkaline internal environment.  Drink All Organic ingredients: (1) cucumber,( 2 )celery sticks and 1 small carrot(blender).  Do in-between meals.  Do this at least once a day –three times is the very best.  “Have a great week”!
